Great you’re thinking about renting with us! Please use our online booking tool to make a reservation. Choose a date and time, enter your details and you’re ready to go!
Please bring your Emirates ID or Passport with you to collect your bike. Don’t forget all your personal items such as sun cream, sunglasses, water and snacks!
You can collect your bike at our location in Al Qudra. Please find our location and opening times here . Please make sure to arrive on time for your chosen rental slot so you can enjoy your full time out on the track.
All our bikes come with a helmet, repair kit, lights, bottle cages and bike pumps at no extra charge. With us, you’re fully equipped for your ride so you don’t need to worry about any hidden fees when you collect your bike.
We offer standard flat pedals on all our rentals, so any type of shoe is fine to wear. If you want to use clip-in pedals, please contact us in advance
It is compulsory to wear a helmet when riding one of our bikes. We encourage everyone to be safe and responsible and set an example for other cyclists out there.
We know that cycling can be uncomfortable. We tested and chose saddles that are very comfortable for you, however, you might want to add a gel seat or wear cycling shorts when you’re out. Trust us, good shorts make all the difference!
If you booked with us and want to extend your rental time prior to collection, please contact us so we can amend your reservation and book your bike for longer. If you’re already out cycling, please Call Us to extend your time. We cannot guarantee any extension if the bike is already pre-booked for another rider, however we will do our best to let you enjoy your time out on the track for longer
Sure thing! You can take our bikes with you. If you’re thinking about a mountain bike trip to another area or want to experience a different cycling track, just book our bike for half a day, 24 hours or even longer to make sure you have enough time. For customised rental packages, help with your trip and information on routes and tracks, please feel free to Contact Us
If you’re out on the track and know you will be returning your bike late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your additional rental time, however please be mindful that other cyclists may be waiting for their bike too. We will charge the additional time you rented our bike based on your original booking. (If you booked our bike for 2 hours, we will charge you for every extra hour you are out. For half-day-rates, the 24 hour rate will apply.)

If you want to make a group booking outside our operating hours or have a larger request that you cannot place on our website, please contact us so we can arrange a booking for you. We are offering group sessions and additional rentals outside of our standard operating hours. Please contact us for additional options.
While you are out with our bikes, it is your responsibility to look after all our items. If your bike or accessories are stolen, lost or damaged, you will be liable to pay for any loss or damage caused.
Yes, there are showers and bathrooms at the car park free of charge
