HBD Trading LLC - T&C's

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”), Dubai. The Parties agree to submit to the courts of the DIFC.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute connected with the formation, performance, interpretation, nullification, termination or invalidation of this Agreement or arising from, or related to, this Agreement in any manner whatsoever shall be referred to arbitration and finally settled in accordance with the Rules of the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Clause. For the purposes of any arbitration proceedings commenced pursuant to this Clause, the number of Arbitrator shall be one jointly appointed by the Parties, the seat of the arbitration proceeding shall be Dubai, and the language of the proceeding shall be English.

RENTAL AGREEMENT – CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

Wherever used herein, the term “equipment” shall include any equipment rented from HBD Trading LLC. The customer understands and agrees that the equipment described in this contract remains the property of HBD Trading LLC. Failure to return said equipment to HBD Trading LLC within the time provided through the booking system may constitute a crime and subject the customer to criminal prosecution.

EQUIPMENT AND RENTAL RATES

• 2 HOURS – AED 99
• 3 HOURS – AED 129
• HALF DAY – AED 149 (MAX 5 HOURS)
• FULL DAY – AED 199 (6 AM – 10 PM)
• FULL WEEK – AED 499 (MAX 7 DAYS)
• HELMET ONLY – AED 30 (MAX 3 HOURS)

CHECKOUT AND RETURN

All checkouts and returns shall occur between 05:30 and 21:00. A copy of the customer’s ID or passport is required at checkout.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be made upfront, either via credit card on the website or in-store for walk-ins.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS

Customer agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as when received, and to repair or replace any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Regardless of fault, the customer accepts responsibility for damage to the equipment. Equipment is maintained daily and must be inspected before use.

SAFETY

Helmets and lights (for nighttime) are mandatory. Customers who decline them do so at their own risk.

CUSTOMER LIABILITY

Customer assumes full responsibility for injury or loss while using equipment and must comply with all local traffic laws. Use of phones or cameras while riding is prohibited.

COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS

Customer agrees to obey all Dubai traffic laws and regulations while riding, as well as the laws of any other jurisdiction into which the equipment is taken.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

No riding in water, trespassing on closed paths, or altering equipment. Customers are responsible for returning all items in good condition.

HEALTH AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I confirm I am in good health and aware of the risks involved. I acknowledge that cycling is a potentially dangerous activity and I accept full responsibility for any injury or property damage. By ticking the checkbox, I agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above and consent to providing valid ID as proof of identity.
