PAYMENTS
All payments must be made upfront, either via credit card on the website or in-store for walk-ins.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS
Customer agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as when received, and to repair or replace any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Regardless of fault, the customer accepts responsibility for damage to the equipment. Equipment is maintained daily and must be inspected before use.
SAFETY
Helmets and lights (for nighttime) are mandatory. Customers who decline them do so at their own risk.
CUSTOMER LIABILITY
Customer assumes full responsibility for injury or loss while using equipment and must comply with all local traffic laws. Use of phones or cameras while riding is prohibited.
COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS
Customer agrees to obey all Dubai traffic laws and regulations while riding, as well as the laws of any other jurisdiction into which the equipment is taken.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
No riding in water, trespassing on closed paths, or altering equipment. Customers are responsible for returning all items in good condition.
HEALTH AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I confirm I am in good health and aware of the risks involved. I acknowledge that cycling is a potentially dangerous activity and I accept full responsibility for any injury or property damage.
